Our Exceptional Compensation Package
  • Cost of Living Allowance: It is an additional allowance which is provided to employees who working in a location where the cost of living is higher or lower than their original or home location. The purpose of COLA is to help employees maintain a similar standard of living when they are transferred to a location with a different cost of living.
  • Location Allowance (Hardship Allowance): The hardship allowance is provided to employees, who are assigned to work in locations or conditions that are considered challenging or difficult.  The purpose of a hardship allowance is to recognize and provide compensation for the additional discomfort or inconveniences that individuals may encounter while performing their duties.
  • Accommodation Allowance: The full furnished accommodation will be provided to the employee during the assignment.
  • Expatriation and Repatriation Allowance: This allowance is provided to assist employees in the process of setting themselves into the host location or upon their return to their home country.
  • Mobility Allowance: The allowance to support the employee during the assignment.
  • Home Leave: Annual trips to home location based on assignment accompanied status.

ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับประวัติการสมัครงานของท่านเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทั้งนี้ ธนาคารฯ คำนึงถึงการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการดำเนินธุรกิจ จึงใคร่ขอความร่วมมือจากท่านโปรดอ่านและทำความเข้าใจ ประกาศการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลส่วนงานทรัพยากรบุคคล ประกาศการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลส่วนงานทรัพยากรบุคคล ที่อธิบายถึงวิธีและกระบวนการที่ธนาคารฯ ดำเนินการในการทำการจัดเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือ โอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านด้วยความระมัดระวังอย่างเหมาะสม

หากท่านยินยอมให้ทางธนาคารฯ เก็บรักษาประวัติการสมัครงาน และ/หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อใช้ในการพิจารณาการจ้างงานในโอกาสต่อๆ ไป ขอให้ท่านกรุณากดคำว่า “ยินยอม” เพื่อดำเนินการจัดเก็บ หรือกดคำว่า “ปฏิเสธ” หากท่านไม่ยินยอมให้ทางธนาคารฯ เก็บรักษาประวัติการสมัครงาน และ/หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ทางธนาคารฯจะทำการลบข้อมูลของท่านออกจากระบบฐานข้อมูลสมัครงานของธนาคารฯ อย่างไรก็ตาม หากท่านไม่ได้ทำการกดคำว่า “ยินยอม” หรือ “ปฏิเสธ” ภายใน 30 วัน ระบบจะทำการลบข้อมูลของท่านออกจากฐานข้อมูลสมัครงานของธนาคารฯ โดยอัตโนมัติ

ขอให้ท่านมั่นใจว่า ธนาคารฯ จะเก็บรักษาประวัติการสมัครงาน และ/หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้อย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อใช้ในการพิจารณาการจ้างงานในโอกาสต่อๆ ไป โดยธนาคารฯ จะรีบดำเนินการติดต่อกลับท่านโดยเร็วที่สุด
