Your refusal to consent for Krungsri Group to collect your biometric data, could impact the convenience and security of the authentication process for using services or conducting transactions with Krungsri Group and you may not able to use the following basic services.
- Enrollment for digital identification (NDID)
- Digital authentication for using services and conducting transactions with the government or other organizations such as deposit account opening, online tax filing, which will impact to the convenience and security of authentication process (IdP [AAL 2.2] / Deeplink verification [AAL 2.2])
- Change from current device to new device or change mobile number for KMA/Kept
- Open online deposit account (eSavings) in KMA/Kept
However, in case you want to use the basic services that required your Biometrics data, you need to re-consent prior to use that basic services.
