Conditions for drawing and receiving the prizes:
  1. 1. The Bank will gather all the eligible entries that meet the specified conditions to conduct the luck draw at the premises of Lucky One Group Company Limited, No. 3/16, Sanambin Nam Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi 11000. The lucky draw events will be held in 2 rounds as follows:
    • First-round Luck Draw: On 15 May 2024
      • The Bank will announce the list of winners via www.krungsri.com on 17 May 2024
    • Second-round Lucky Draw: On 23 August 2024
      • The Bank will announce the list of winners via www.krungsri.com on 31 August 2024
  2. The Bank reserves the right to hold a reserved list of winners in the event that the lucky draw winners do not meet all required qualifications.
  3. The winner must show up in person or authorize a representative, who will be asked to present an original Citizen ID Card of both the winner and the representative and one set of copy thereof, to receive the prize at the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, Head Office (Riverside Building), 15th Floor, Retail Marketing Event Department, 122 Rama III Road, Bang Phongphang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120, on Mondays – Fridays, during business hours 8.30 am. – 5.30 pm. Monday – Friday, within 15 days from the announcement date of the lucky winner’s names.
  4. In the event that the winner does not contact the Bank to claim for the prize within 15 days from the winner announcement date, it shall be deemed that such winner has forfeit his/her right to claim for the prize and cannot claim for any compensation or damages from the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to award the prize to another lucky winner whose name is next in order instead.
  5. The value of each prize is VAT inclusive.
  6. The Bank has the duty to deduct the withholding tax of 5% of the value of the prize received by the winner. In this regard, the winner has to include such prize value in the calculation of annual assessable personal income tax at a progressive rate which may cause them to pay additional amount of tax.
  7. The lucky winners are responsible for the withholding tax of 5% of the value of the prize according to the Order of the Revenue Department No. Tor Por 101/2544 including any other expenses incurred or will be incurred due to the winners receive the prizes by themselves such as travelling insurance or any related insurance or related taxes, or other charges as may be required by the laws, except the 7% value added tax.
  8. The lucky winners is required to present their Citizen ID Card which is used when applying for Krungsri Boarding Card or Krungsri Debit Cards and the evidence of withholding tax payment on the date the prize is claimed and must show up in person to receive the prize by 31 May 2024 to receive the prize for the package trip to Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and by 16 September 2024 for the prize of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 256 GB Smartphone.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to verify the validity of all evidences for claiming the prize before the prize is given each time. In the case that the winner does not contact the Bank to claim the prize and/or is unable to provide the required evidences within the required time, including the case that the winner fails to meet the eligibility requirement for travelling abroad under any circumstance, it shall be deemed that such winner waives his/her right to claim the prize.
  10. Each participant is entitled to unlimited entries but can receive only one prize of the highest value. The winners who have already received the prizes in the first round shall not be eligible to receive the prizes in the second round.
  11. The Bank is not involved in the distribution of prizes. In case of any deficiency, please contact the manufacturer or the distributor directly. As for the prize of a packaged trip to Paris 2024 Olympic Games, if there is any event preventing the winner from travelling abroad and/or attending the sports event for any reasons other than the reasons arising from the action of the Bank or the Bank’s agents, the Bank reserves the right not to pay the compensation or substitute the prizes with any other items in all cases.
  12. The prizes cannot not be transferred to others or exchanged to cash or changed to other type of products.
  13. The Bank reserves the right to record the video and audio of the winners for the Bank's public relations purposes. The winners’ video and audio recordings are regarded as the Bank’s property and the Bank can be used to publicize for promotional campaign without the need to pay remunerations to the winners.
  14. Employees of Krungsri Bank involved in this promotion and their family members are not eligible for participating in the campaign.
  15. In case of dispute, the bank’s decision shall be deemed the conclusion and ultimate.

A: Top-up card which allows cardholder to:

  • Exchange 16 available foreign currencies i.e. JPY, KRW, HKD, SGD, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, GBP, NOK, NZD, SEK, TWD, and Thai Baht (THB) in the card for spending in Thailand and overseas. Travel with confidence as the card can be used worldwide, including countries that accept currencies other than the said 16 currencies;
  • Withdraw cash in foreign currencies at ATMs with VISA logo worldwide; and
  • Pay with the card at shops that accept VISA card / online payment (Verified by VISA).

Remarks :

  • In case using the Card for payment of goods/services to the merchants and/or for cash withdrawal in foreign currency through ATM located overseas, the Bank will deduct the relevant foreign currency from the Card. If the selected currency in the Card is insufficient to cover the transaction, the Bank reserves the right to reject the whole transaction. In case the cardholder uses the Card for transactions in foreign currencies where is currency is not available in the card (16 currencies), the Bank shall deduct THB currency in the Card by using VISA’s exchange rate at the time of transaction. The Bank shall record execution date and time based on Thailand time zone. The cardholder shall be able to check VISA’s exchange rate at www.visa.co.th In case THB currency in the Card is insufficient, the Bank reserves the right to reject the whole transaction.

A: Yes. You can pay for products or services at shops accepting VISA cards via EDC and VISA PayWave / online payment (Verified by VISA), provided that you have sufficient amount of Thai baht in the card. However, you cannot withdraw cash from ATMs in Thailand.

A: Yes. In case the customer travel to other countries where its currency is not available in the card (16 currencies), the cardholder should top-up Thai Baht Currency in the card for the payment of goods and services or cash withdrawal in that country.  The Bank will convert that local currency to Thai Baht based on VISA exchange rate at the time of such transaction. If the amount in Thai Baht is insufficient, the transaction will be rejected accordingly.  Therefore, the customer should top-up sufficient Thai Baht Currency before making the transactions. 

A: You can check the latest foreign exchange rates of Krungsri Boarding Card via Krungsri Mobile App (KMA) or just scan the QR Code on the back of the card.

You can sell foreign currency via Krungsri Mobile App (KMA) and the fund will be transferred to the account designated by cardholder.

A: In case of loss, the cardholder shall deactivate the card via Krungsri Mobile App (KMA) and sell all currencies where funds will be transferred to designated account. Then, please call the Krungsri Call Center at No. 1572 to notify the call center agent to cancel the lost card. Afterwards, the cardholder can apply for a new card via Krungsri Mobile App (KMA).

A: In case of suspected unauthorized use of the card, the cardholder shall deactivate the card via Krungsri Mobile App (KMA); and call Krungsri Call Center at No. 1572 to reject transactions.

A:
Case 1: If the cardholders don't want to sell the existing currencies in the card, and prefer to continue using the card, then they card apply the new card through KMA-Krungsri Mobile Application.  The remaining balance from the expiry card will be transferred to the new card at the same amount upon new card activation. 

Case 2: If the cardholders don't want to continue using the card, they can sell all existing FX currencies in the card through KMA- Krungsri Mobile Application,  whereby the fund will be transferred to designated account. Any Thai baht currency must be transferred to the said account as well

Case 3: If the cardholders don't want to continue using the card, and still don't want to sell their existing FX currencies, the remaining balance will still be available in the card, but they won't be able to spend or withdraw through expired card.  However, the cardholder will be able to sell those currencies back anytime through KMA- Krungsri Mobile Application

A: The customer can request the card replacement with no need to cancel the existing card per procedure below
 1.Click at the Applying Menu “Krungsri Boarding Card in the first screen of KMA
 2.The system will confirm whether you want to apply new Krungsri Boarding Card?, then click “OK”
 3.The system will apply the new card and at the same time cancel the old card instantly
Remark: In case there is a remaining balance in the old card, the system will automatically transfer it to the new card right after the card activation

A: Yes, by using the Menu “Cancel Card”

A: : Yes. You can in 2 cases.
Case 1 : Withdraw fund in 16 available currencies, provided that you have such currency in the card.
Case 2 : You can withdraw cash in currencies other than the 16 available currencies, provided that you have sufficient Thai baht in the card for withdrawal.

A: Krungsri Boarding Card requires 6-digit PIN to proceed the transaction.

A: Please press 6-digit PIN of the card, which is the same PIN used for cash withdrawal at ATMs.

A: You can use the card to pay for products and services at any shops accepting VISA cards where VISA logo appears on the EDC and VISA PayWave is available. Payment in the available 16 currencies requires existing balance of the transacting currency in the card prior to payment. If the payment is made in a country whereby its official currency differs from the 16 available currencies, the cardholder must ensure that there is sufficient Thai Baht in the card.
