Krungsri ATM/Chip Debit Card

The cancellation can be made at any branch by contacting the branch and fill the cancellation request form. Unused service will be refunded to the account associated with the card.
  • In case of a suspended ATM/debit card due to entering the wrong PIN, and you recall the correct PIN
    1. Contact the branches to lift the suspension for free of charge
    • Required Documents:
          - Suspended ATM/debit Card
          - Identification Card
          - Bankbook
    2. If you have KMA-Krungsri Mobile App, the PIN can be reset by following these steps: log in to the KMA-Krungsri Mobile App, select the account associated with the suspended card > choose “Add Debit Card” to add the card to the system > go back to the account > select “Manage Debit Card” > choose “Manage Card PIN” > set your new PIN.

  • In case of a suspended ATM/debit card due to entering the wrong PIN, and you cannot recall the correct PIN
    1. Contact the branches to request a new card, a fee might occur depending on the card type.
    • Required Documents:
          - Identification Card
          - Bankbook
    2. If you have KMA-Krungsri Mobile App, the PIN can be reset by following these steps: log in to the KMA-Krungsri Mobile App, select the account associated with the suspended card > choose “Add Debit Card” to add the card to the system > go back to the account > select “Manage Debit Card” > choose “Manage Card PIN” > set your new PIN.

  • If the cause of the issue is unknown, you can check the status of your ATM card by contacting us via Call Center at 1572
There is no ATM/debit card with complimentary insurance coverage at the moment. If you are interested in insurance coverage with Krungsri, please find more information here.
You should report the loss of the ATM/debit card by calling KRUNGSRI Phone at 1572, and request for a new bankbook at any branch. Please note that there is a fee of 100 baht per account for issuing a new bankbook. The fee for issuing a new card depends on the card type.

You can check your account balance at any branch for saving accounts with bankbooks, provided the account belongs to only one account holder.
