  • Changes can be made at any branch at your convenience.
  • Required Documents:
    • 1. Identification Document
          - Identification Card with the changed name of the account holder (Thai individuals)
          - Passport (Foreign individuals)
    • 2. Original Copy of Name Change Certificate
  • Change of mobile phone number
    • 1. In case of changing information on the Krungsri Online Website (with the old mobile number in use)
         Follow the steps to change information on Krungsri Online
    • 2. In case of changing information at the branch (with the old mobile number no longer in use)
         Fill in the request form to change the mobile phone number on Krungsri Online and contact the branch.
  • Required Documents:
    • Identification Card with the changed name of the account holder (Thai individuals)
    • A copy of Passport (Foreign individuals)
  • Change of email
  • In case of changing information on Krungsri Online Website
    • 1. Log in
    • 2. Select “Settings”
    • 3. Select “Edit Personal Information”
    • 4. Select “Edit” and input the new email address
    • 5. Verify and submit
