Krungsri presents 1 million baht for PPE suits procurement to combat COVID-19

Bangkok (5 May 2021) – Mr. Karun Kittisataporn (3rd from right), Chairman of Krungsri Foundation, presented 1 million baht to the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEMS) 1669 represented by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Health of Thailand. The funds will be spent to support the institution’s procurement of needed personal protective equipment (PPE) suits for its special operations team and emergency medical staff responsible for aiding and transferring high-risk individuals and COVID-19 patients. The funds presentation ceremony was recently held at the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health.
