31 October 2020

On 31 October 2020, 50 Krungsri employees, together with volunteers from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Royal Forest Department, and local villagers, participated in the Care the Wild “Plant & Protect” project to grow 2,000 trees in 10-rai reforestation areas in the Baan Khao Hua Kon community forest, Nam Phu Sub-district, Muang District, Ratchaburi Province to ensure sustainable ecosystem management and reduce global warming. In this regard, the villagers and nearby communities will continuously nurture the trees for the next six years to ensure that 100% of them survive and grow sustainably. Also, the activity helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 18,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalents per year.
