Privileges for customer who has the total balance of more than 30 Million Baht

Airport Limousine service

Limousine Service Airport Limousine service code for 1 trip to/from airport

Please reserve 48 hrs in advance: call 0 2016 9950 from 9.00 – 21.00 hrs. or email: booking@silver-voyage.com (Email and/or SMS confirmation will be sent after reservation is completed)
  • Service between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Patumthani, or Samutprakarn by Toyota Camry / Equivalent.
  • Service between Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Had Yai, Khon Kaen, or Udonthani airport and pick up point in the area of Amphoe Muang of each province by Toyota Altis/ Vios/Equivalent.
  • For any amendments or cancellations, it is compulsory to inform us at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time to avoid any penalty charge. There will be a 100% no-show-charge for any last-minute cancellation less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.

Pick-up Arrangement
  • The driver will be on standby for 30 minutes starting from pick-up time. if the driver could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s’ via the given contact information, the pick-up car will be released and it will be considered as no-show and the service will be counted as complete. Additional change 500 THB, to guest own account, per hour will be applied if the car is requested to wait for the guest/s, starting from 31st minutes onward. In this case, Silver Voyage will not respond for any delay or missing the flight.
  • Customers will be responsible for cost of additional kilometers, destination, luggage, passenger, waiting time or a change in car type.
  • In case of no show, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the customer’s privilege.
  • In case of emergency due to accidents, bad traffic, blocked road, a substitute car of the same type of booking shall be provided; however, if the unforeseen emergency is beyond what could be supported, the company reserves its right to decline the service and will inform the customer in advance.
  • The privilege cannot be exchanged/traded/changed in cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Airport Pick-up Arrangement
  • The airport representative will be on standby for 120 minutes after the flight landed. if our airport representative could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s’ via the given contact information, the airport pick-up car will be released and it will be considered as no-show and the service will be counted as complete. Additional change 500 THB, to guest own account, per hour will be applied if the car is requested to wait for the guest/s, starting from 121st minutes onward.
