1. KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE is a special service which the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) provides to an individual customers who is at the age of aged 15 years old or above (hereinafter called “KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE customers”)
1.1 who use services of deposits or investments in the amount of 5 million Baht or higher on the Bank’s financial products or investments (excluding any deposit accounts opened through Kept Application, whereby the Bank reserves the right not to include outstanding balance maintained in such deposit account for the calculation of financial products or investments as state in clause 1.1 and 1.2 in all respects) as follows:
- Deposit accounts;
- Saving accounts (calculating from cumulatively outstanding balance of 6 months);
- Mutual funds invested with participating Asset Management Companies, offered by the Bank;
- Life insurance and United-Linked products, offered by the Bank (the deposit/investment balance will be calculated from the amount of premium get paid in year only)
- Debentures issued by the Bank, offered by the Bank; and
- Debentures of other companies (other than the Bank), offered by the Bank (receive KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Status for no more than one calendar year).
1.2 Receive KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE privileges (excluding the upgraded flight class privilege) equivalent to KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE customers with at least 10 million Baht in deposits and/or investments for the duration of 3 calendar years when purchasing life insurance products under the following conditions:
- Purchase at least 500,000 Baht of the aggregate premium amount of life insurance and/or Unit-Linked Regular Premium within the same calendar year under the same policyholder, which the life insurance and/or Unit-Linked Regular Premium have been approved and the customer has signed his/her name in insurance documentation.
- Purchase at least 5 million Baht of the premium amount of Unit-Linked Single Premium or Single Premium Insurance products within the same day under the same policyholder, which the life insurance has been approved and the customer has signed his/her name in insurance documentation
2. In the case when a KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE customer fails to maintain the minimum amount of deposits and/or investments under the conditions specified by the Bank, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE status for that customer, and/or reduce privileges or cancellation of all privileges hereof and to collect fees waived as a KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE benefit with prior notice.
3. For joint deposit or investment accounts, the Bank reserves the right to offer KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE status and privileges to only one primary account owner.
4. Receipt or exercise of these privileges is subject to terms and conditions of each privileges provided by the Bank and/or service provider/business alliances. KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE customers must present their KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Debit Card or KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature Credit Card prior to receiving the above mentioned privileges.
5. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
