Terms and Conditions of Krungsri Western Union Point Redemption in H2/2024
  • The user who make a Western Union transaction during 1 July 2024 – 31 December 2024 for Krungsri branch, Krungsri FX booth, Krungsri Online (KOL), Krungsri ATM and Telephone Service (Call4WU), will be entitled to get 1 point for each transaction amount of THB 10,000. The transaction amount can be accumulated from all transactions processed during this first half year provided that all those transactions have been processed by the same user.
  • The amount less than THB 10,000 shall not be counted as point until the amount of transactions subsequently processed by the user reach the amount of THB 10,000. For example, The user will get 3 points for the amount of THB 35,000 of the first transaction processed by the user (1 point for each amount of THB 10,000 – the remaining amount of THB 5,000 will not be counted as 1 point until the user processes the next transaction in the amount of THB 5,000. Such accumulated transaction amount of 10,000 will then entitle the user to get 1 point)
  • The accumulated points are reserved for only money transfer transactions with fee.
  • The number of rewards which can be redeemed in the first half year shall be limited (First comes first serve) as determined by the Bank.
  • The accumulated points cannot be exchanged or cashed and transferred to other persons.
  • The Bank reserves the right to change the conditions and to replace the rewards with other rewards with similar value without prior notice.

Redemption Period and Points Checking Channel
  • The user can check the accumulated points and redeem the points for rewards on a monthly basis from the 15th day of the following months from the month in which the transaction is processed. For example, if the user processes the transaction in January, the user can check the points and redeem them for rewards from 15 February onwards. The point redemption can be made at 02-296-2345 ext. 2 during office hours on business days from Monday – Friday, 8.00 – 17.00 hrs. (except on bank holidays). The user shall verify his/her identity with the staff according to the procedures and conditions determined by the Bank.
  • The user redeem the points for rewards by 17 February 2025. If the user does not redeem the points for rewards before the end of such period, it shall be deemed that the user waives his/her right to redeem the points for rewards and the Bank shall cancel all points which will not be carried forward to the following the next half year.

How to redeem points
  • In the case that the reward are Voucher/Bag/T-shirt/Jacket/Doll/ Umbrella/Electronics, the Bank will deliver the reward to the address provided during processing the latest transaction within 30 working days from the date of successful redemption.
  • In the case that the reward is gold, the user shall have to receive the reward at the principle office of Bank of Ayudhaya located at No. 1222, Rama 3 Road, Bang Phongphang Sub-district, Yan Nawa District, Bangkok or the Bank’s branch office or exchange office as informed by the user via telephone. The date and time for receiving the reward shall be determined by the Bank.
