📋 2 sets of documents required
- Identity Verification document: National ID card of the account holder for Thai customers and Original Passport for foreign customers
- Proof of phone number ownership:
- For Thai customers → Dial *179* or *161* followed by your 13-digit national ID number, then press # and call and for foreign customers → Send an SMS: type B followed by your Passport number or the document number used for registration, and send to 4444161 or
- A copy of your phone bill (issued within the last 1 month) or
- A copy of your phone service payment receipt (issued within the last 1 month) or
- A certificate of registration from your network provider
Once the mobile number change request has been completed at the branch, you will be able to receive OTPs for transactions on krungsri app at your new mobile number.
