  • Krungsri debit card number tied with the deposit account
  • 10-digit MTCN code
How to transaction via automatic system (IVR)
  • Dial number 0 2296 2345
  • Press 1 to make money receiving transaction from Western Union
  • Press 1 to make transaction via automatic system
  • Make a transfer following the provided simple steps
    1. Press 10-digit Krungsri account number
    2. Press 6-digit Debit card code
    3. Press 10-digit MTCN code
    4. Press specify the amount that will be received without the decimal numbers
    5. Select a currency (Baht currency / Foreign currency)
    6. Select the purpose for receiving money
    7. Listen to terms and conditions and press “Accept”
    8. Listen to summary of information and press “Confirm”
    9. When the transaction is complete, money will be transferred to your Krungsri account*
*Account holder name must match the payee name as specified by the sender with Western Union only
