Krungsri ATMs offer 24-hour service for utmost convenience of Krungsri customers. Over 5,500 ATMs are available nationwide (including a cash deposit machine “Krungsri RATM”) for our customers to get easy access to money withdrawal, same bank and interbank transfers, bill payment, account balance check, and many more services with Krungsri ATM and debit cards and provide cash deposit service to accounts within the bank and other banks via Krungsri RATM


Krungsri ATMs also provide various services for ATM cardholders of other banks which are members of the ATM Pool, including cash withdrawal, interbank transfers and account balance check. Our services are available to cardholders issued by overseas banks and other financial institution with the following symbols.

Maximum cash withdrawal of THB 30,000 per transaction
Cash withdrawal limit per day is as per terms and conditions of the cards.
Pay for goods and services to participating billers such as credit cards, electricity, auto leasing, mobile call charge, insurance premiums, registration fees, etc. You may pay your own or others’ bills from your savings or current account, up to THB 200,000 /day. Auto Payment Service offers automatic account debiting for enhanced convenience of your bill payment such as utilities, credit cards, mobile call charge, insurance premiums, etc. To apply for the auto payment debit service, all you need is your Krungsri savings or current account.   • Maximum transfer of THB 200,000 / day / card to third-party accounts.
  • Maximum transfer of THB 999,999 / day / card to own accounts that have registered with Krungsri Debit card.
  • Interbank money transfer to non-Krungsri accounts is available 24 hours a day.

    • The fee for transfers of not exceeding THB 10,000 is charged at THB 25 / transaction.
    • The fee for transfers between over THB 10,000 and THB 50,000 is charged at THB 35 / transaction.

  • There are 2 methods to confirm the identity of the cash depositor via the Krungsri RATM.
    • To use Krungsri Debit Card or other Banks’ ATM Card/Debit Card/Credit Card and enter PIN (Card PIN)
    • To specify Citizen ID, Mobile No. and OTP

You can change your ATM PIN code at any Krungsri ATMs anytime as you please. For enhanced security, it is recommended that your PIN code is changed regularly.
Krungsri Debit Card holders can set their spending limit for payment of goods and services from shops with VISA symbol at any Krungsri ATMs. Available limits are THB 0 / 20,000 / 30,000 / 50,000 / and 100,000 per day.
10 Precautions when using ATM services
  1. Change your PIN code once you receive your Krungsri ATM / VISA Electron or Debit card at any Krungsri ATMs. It is recommended that you change your PIN code regularly.
  2. Do not keep the PIN code with the ATM card. Sharing the ATM code with others is not recommended.
  3. Shield the keypad with your hand while entering your PIN code to prevent unwanted observation.
  4. Use caution if a stranger offers assistance while you are using an ATM.
  5. Sign your VISA Electron or Debit card (on the back) immediately upon receiving it.
  6. Determine an appropriate spending limit for your VISA Electron or Debit card. Limit changing is available at any Krungsri ATMs and Krungsri Phone 1572.
  7. Always keep the transaction record slips for reference, whether ATM slips or customer copy slips for VISA Electron or Debit card spending to enable your account activity verification.
  8. Always bear in mind that ATM / VISA Electron or Debit cards resemble cash, which should be kept in a safe place.
  9. Read and ensure you understand terms and conditions of service of ATM / VISA Electron or Debit cards set by the issuing bank.
  10. In case of the card is jammed, seized, or lost, immediately contact Krungsri Call Center 1572, available 24/7.
