Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) moves forward to upskill Thai SMEs with
‘Krungsri Business Academy’, an online learning community for entrepreneurs. Krungsri, together with business partners and leading e-commerce platforms, have developed the first online training course to strengthen and build knowledge on digital marketing, branding and sales boost for Thai SMEs. There will be 15 online courses in total available free of charge to new customers who apply for Krungsri Biz Online from now to 30 November 2021.

Therefore, we have collaborated with partners and developers of e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba.com, eBay, JD Central, Shopee, and Thaitrade, to design our first course, the Digital SME, to provide essential knowledge for Thai entrepreneurs. The purpose is to enhance their ability to apply the knowledge to their business strategies, to efficiently utilize the available online sales tools on the platform to build their brands, to generate sales for their businesses so as to get through the crisis, and to implement efficient online marketing plans for the new normal era, while building competitiveness and sustainable growth of a business. Interested business customers can enroll in the program free of charge throughout the period by registering on Krungsri Biz Online, an internet banking for SME that is convenient and meets all business needs, from now to 30 November 2021.”

These courses are categorized into 4 knowledge-based groups as follows: 1. Tax Management and Related laws on Online Marketing: online tax management and customer management with respect to PDPA; 3. Social Commerce Strategy: how to do digital marketing to gain new customers on social media, content marketing to win over customers and increase sales from the online channel, and 4. Sales Distribution Channels on Local and International E-Commerce Platforms: training by representatives from leading e-commerce platforms who will be sharing knowledge and online sales techniques. Apart from well-rounded courses, there are also workshops for entrepreneurs to get hands-on experience along with virtual business matching hence SMEs are able to start the business and boost their sales right away. The participants will receive unlimited access to 15 online training courses for one year via E-learning platforms. This also includes a privilege to select one session of the Virtual Class Training (live session) and one workshop with experts.”
