#WeCareSoYouCan with the new online advertising film sending an inspiring message to encourage people to move forward and achieve their dreams. The Bank aims to support, encourage, and persuade Thai people to keep moving, knowing that Krungsri is right beside them by offering continuous financial solutions, knowledge, and advice on financial planning.
Ms. Mingkwan Pattanawong, Krungsri Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Branding and Marketing Division, said “Krungsri as the Bank standing by Thais for over 75 years, believes that the best way to show that we care is to take actions. We are committed to delivering on our Brand Promise ‘Make Life Simple’, which is the direction that the Bank holds onto in developing products and services that accommodate the needs of Thais in every circumstance. Today, as challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic persist, Krungsri thus moves forward to take actions to demonstrate that we care and encourage Thai people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals through Krungsri’s comprehensive financial solutions comprising products and services that are suitable to different needs of each customer segment. Krungsri is ready to be by their side, continually offering them financial knowledge and advice on financial planning, including enhancing financial innovations and financial measures that can ease their burdens or create new opportunities for them. All of these are to ensure that Thai people are well prepared for all the changes and help make things possible.
The new corporate campaign
“We Care So You Can” is an online advertising film featuring an office lady who wants to own a café but encounters many challenges and obstacles, just like having to conquer a very high mountain. So, she feels discouraged even since she has not yet started. But with a friend being by her side offering her meaningful advice and encouragement, the large mountain suddenly seems smaller. Metaphorically, this is the way Krungsri stands by customers’ side, just like a friend who always supports them to achieve their dreams with various financial solutions and financial measures. Krungsri also continues to offer financial advisory through multiple channels and projects such as “Plearn Plearn by Krungsri GURU”, an online content hub and podcast channel to provide customers with financial literacy and inspiration; “Krungsri Business Academy”, an educational online community for entrepreneurs, articles on personal financial management or increasing the opportunity to access funding sources to build wealth via Krungsri Prime and Krungsri Exclusive, or innovative digital lending via Krungsri iFIN.
