“Krungsri SME Apartment Max 15” loan, designed for both individuals and juristic entities in the rental apartment business, featuring a high credit limit of 50 million baht. The loan offers a flexible repayment tenure spanning up to 15 years and aims to enhance liquidity while providing entrepreneurs with the financial support needed to propel their businesses forward and realize their growth potential.

Offering approved credit of up to 50 million baht, the product features a flexible repayment period of up to 15 years. It facilitates refinancing, the purchase of new apartments, construction, renovation, decoration, or compensation for construction costs and investments. Both individuals and juristic entities that have been operating in the apartment business in Thailand for a minimum of three years are eligible to apply for this loan.
