launches “Krungsri Mung-Mee SHOP”, a brand-new application for merchants containing lots of easy-to-use functions that make all sales activities even smoother. The launch of the app is in line with the current environment that the transaction volume of online shopping is on the rise and consumers are preferring to be cashless. Merchants having Krungsri accounts and using the Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA) will find it even more convenient. They can just download the app and apply for the service without having to visit Krungsri branches.
Ms. Ninlawan Jeeraboon, Krungsri Executive Vice President, Head of Products Division, said “Under the COVID-19 situation, Krungsri has found out that the transaction volume of trading or buying and selling of goods between small-sized stores and retail customers through online platforms or social commerce are surging more than 100% in the previous year while operators with offline stores as well as their customers want to reduce the risk from using cash and turn to cashless payments through QR code scanning. “Krungsri Mung-Mee SHOP” app was developed by upgrading the functionality of the existing app in various aspects to meet the needs of merchants and help create wealth for their businesses. The new “
Krungsri Mung-Mee SHOP” is able to accommodate payments from the mobile banking platform of all banks, QR payment with Visa and MasterCard as well as WeChat Pay and Alipay for foreign visitors and will send a real-time push notification to the user whenever the money is received. The display screen and user-friendly features are properly designed to facilitate much more convenient and easy usage. Sellers can read the sales reports, verify sales slips, and create a sales summary by using a single app, enabling them to recognize the sales revenue and manage the store accounting effectively.”
The new
Krungsri Mung-Mee SHOP app also has a function that enables the store owners to authorize their service attendants to receive payments on their behalf, leading to a convenient and secure front-end management system for their stores.
For merchants wishing to apply for the service, if they are already owners of any Krungsri account and users of KMA, they can simply download Krungsri Mung-Mee SHOP app from AppStore or Play Store and apply for service immediately without having to go to the branch office for making transactions.
