mobile phone or device which has been Rooted or Jailbroken modification will not be available the Krungsri Biz Online App.

Krungsri apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. If you cannot access the Krungsri Biz Online App, you can use the Krungsri Biz Online Website as normal for making transactions.
 
 
What are devices that have been Rooted or Jailbroken modification?
 
The iOS or Android Operating System on the mobile phones or devices which have been modified to fix the system or install some applications that usually cannot be installed. Some Applications may access to your personal data or files on mobile phones or devices.
 
Why you should not Root or Jailbreak 
 
  • The operating system will become unstable because settings would have been modified without any tests from the developers.
  • Mobile Phone safety is compromised because malware may have been installed by hackers.
  • User privacy can be violated as password, personal and transaction details can be hacked.
  • Any Rooted or Jailbroken devices will not be able to update its operating system and thus, the latest safety features from developers cannot be installed.
 
How to check your mobile phone or device has been rooted or jailbroken

  • Check your mobile phone or device is installed "SuperSU or Magisk" application. If the application exists, your mobile phone or device has been Rooted.SuperSU
  • Download and install "Root Checker" application on Google Play to check. Root Checker

  • Check your mobile phone or device is installed "Cydia" application. If the application exists, your mobile phone or device has been Jailbroken. Cydia
 
 
How to Unroot or Unjailbreak your mobile phone or device

  • Open “SuperSU” Application
  • Go to “Settings”
  • Select “Full Unroot”, the mobile phone will unroot and then restart
  • After your mobile phone is done restarting, the “SuperSU” Application will disappear
  • The mobile phone is successfully unrooted
iOS Operating System (Jailbreak)
 
 
  • Connect your mobile phone or device to your computer
  • Launch iTunes on your computer
  • Select “Restore iPhone”

Change to other mobile phones or devices which have not been Rooted or Jailbroken for your safety.
