Enhancement of the Mobile Banking App Security

For customers who have received a notification from krungsri app, Kept by krungsri or Krungsri Biz Online mobile banking app, to ensure uninterrupted access to the app, please:
  1. Visit any service location of your mobile operator with your national ID card or passport (for non-Thai users) to update the SIM card holder’s name to match the name for the mobile banking app.
  2. Present confirmation document from your mobile operator to any Krungsri branch by June 20, 2025.
Failure to complete the process by the deadline may result in temporary suspension of the mobile app services. We apologize for the inconvenience. Customers who did not receive a notification do not need to take any action.
