  • For international transfers, reservations shall be made at least 7-14 days in advance through KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING Call Center at 0 2296 4565; reservations shall be confirmed only upon receipt of SMS confirmations; cancellations or changes shall not be permitted within 72 hours prior to travel.
  • In the event of no-shows or service refusals, this privilege shall be deemed fully redeemed.
  • Pick-up arrangement: Grace Period: A Grace period of 60 minutes is granted for all international arrival pick-ups and 15 minutes for all international departure pick-ups. A representative will reach out to guest 50 minutes for Departure and10 minutes for arrival prior to the end of grace period. If the driver could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s’ via the given contact information, the pick-up car will be released, and it will be considered as no-show and the service will be counted as complete.
  • In case there is an additional service fees due to type of vehicle changing, service distance exceeded or others which are beyond terms and conditions as specified by the company, the card members must pay such additional service fees on their own. Advanced reservation is required at least 7-14 days prior for coordinating and confirming additional fees.
  • For additional fees (if there is), the card members must complete the payment within the period specified, otherwise please reconfirm the additional fees.
  • Notification of Additional Fees: the Service Provider will charge additional fees in cases such as stopovers along the way, increasing distance, last minute cancellation. editing fee or additional waiting time. You will be notified within 24 hours after your trip ends and proof of customer approval will be included. In the event that the passenger’s signature is not obtained for any reason, the Service Provider will send information via email to notify along with various support information.
  • The Service Provider will charge an additional fee for services that occur during midnight (Midnight Surcharge) in the amount of THB 800 or an additional 50% of the Service Fee in that country for services used between 10:00pm – 7:00am daily. The Service Provider will charge a Service Fee per trip for one-way travel and Hourly Fees for On Route Services.
  • This Service rate includes car rental, insurance, gas, and driver’s service and expressway fees.
  • The Service Provider offers hourly services upon request. Minimum hours of service are between 3-4 hours depending on the country and the city.
  • The Service Provider will charge an additional Fee per kilometer if points A to B exceed the distance specified according to the rate chart.
  • In the event that reserved vehicles are unavailable, replacements of equal or higher class shall be provided at no additional charge.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent vehicle arrangement for scheduled pick-ups, such as accidents, heavy traffics, road closures, flooding, or terrorism, passengers shall be immediately notified and alternative vehicles promptly arranged. In the event of severe emergencies, the service providers shall reserve the right to cancel pick-ups, with notification provided post-assessment.
  • This privilege shall be eligible for KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING clients who meet the following conditions: (1) having an average deposit/investment balance over the past six months at least 50 Million Baht; and (2) having a total deposit/investment balance on the redemption date at least 50 Million Baht, calculated based on the Bank’s financial products that are: deposit products (excluding products opened/used through the Kept Application), mutual fund products offered by fund management companies that the Bank acts as selling agent and purchased through the Bank, and/or debentures issued by and purchased through the Bank, and/or life insurance products purchased through the Bank; and (3) a primary holder of a KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING credit card, and valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
  • This privilege shall cover 2 international limousine transfers with Luxury Sedan or equivalent between airports and accommodations/calendar year/primary card account, limited to 1 transfer/trip.
  • This privilege shall not be transferred, renewed, exchanged, redeemed for cash, carried forward to the next year, or used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited shall not be responsible for the service delivery; for service-related inquiries or complaints, please contact the service providers directly.
  • The terms and conditions shall be as specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.
