Terms & Conditions of KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges

• Please redeem at participating store. Redemption code valid for 10 minutes. You can view redemption code at "History" until the code expires.

• Please fill code in promo code on lalamove Application
• Privilege period: Now - 31 Dec 2025
• 1 redemption / customer / receipt / month
• Cannot transfer the rights to others
• If the delivery cost is lower or equal to discount value, the discount code cannot be used.
• The discount code is reserved for new and existing customers who do not have a business account with Lalamove.
• Upon redeeming the discount code, the customer will receive 3 coupons as follows:
  1. Delivery Service: 30% discount (maximum 100 THB) per order, applicable to eligible truck types (1 coupon)
  2. Delivery Service: 30% discount (maximum 60 THB) per order, applicable to eligible car types (1 coupon)
  3. Ride-hailing Service: a 40 THB discount per order (minimum fare of 80 THB required), applicable to motorcycles and eligible car types (1 coupon)
• Customers can redeem the code to claim discount coupons directly via the Lalamove app. The coupon is valid for 14 days from the date of redemption in the Lalamove app.
• Coupon is not applicable on 10 – 13 August 2025, 5 December 2025, 23 – 24 December 2025, 1 January 2026
• The discount code can only be used in the designated area through the Lalamove application. Service areas include Bangkok and vicinity, and Chonburi (pick-up point). The delivery destination could be anywhere, except Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
• To use the discount code, customers must redeem the code in advance within the Lalamove app before placing an order.
• This discount code cannot be applied to advance booking if the actual delivery date is beyond expiry period and cannot be applied to rental service.
• No replacement code in case customer delete or lost the code
• This privilege cannot be used with other promotions, forbidden to be sold or used in commerce, and cannot be exchanged for cash
