Terms & Conditions of KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges

• Please make reservations at least 48 hours before the service via email at booking@ground-business.com

• 2 redemptions / customer / month
• Please inform the details as following

• Payment method: Pay directly to GB Limousine
• Please make reservations at least 48 hours before the service. To change information or cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours before the service.
• For airport pick-up, the driver will wait for 2 hours from the landing time. No refunds will be provided if customers cannot be reached or do not show up at the assembly point.
• For airport drop-off, the driver will wait at the customer's location for 15 minutes from the appointment time. Customers will incur an extra charge if the driver waits for over 15 minutes. The charge will depend on the car type. (The fractional part of an hour is rounded up to the next hour.)
• Cannot transfer the rights to others
