While the new generation manifests Awareness with their knowledge, understanding and ability to apply emerging technologies, people from the older generation show Comprehension and ways to get things done. They must work together for the survival of all in the era of transition and empathy is the key to success. With empathy, people from different generations can overcome any obstacle regardless of the differences in circumstances, necessity, reasoning and personal views.
