Bank provided SMS service via mobile phone that is quick and expediency at anywhere/anytime. SMS service is secure as customer agrees to register at ATMs by verifying via ATM/Debit card before receive the service results and may operate with AIS, DTAC and True Move.

 

Service Features
 

SMS Banking service provides financial report, financial inquiry and other variety of banking services via SMS with 4 different features as below: 
 

  • Financial Alert 
  • Money Transfer Alert
  • Financial Inquiry
  • Bank Information Inquiry
     

Financial Alert
Formerly register for financial alert at branch or KRUNGSRI ATM; customers will instantaneously receive the financial report via SMS.

- Money Deposit Alert reports cash deposit amount equals to or more than 500 Baht of Savings or
  Current  account. 
- Debit Card Usage Alert reports when customer performs transaction via Krungsri VISA Electron card 
  or KRUNGSRI VISA Debit card.
- Auto Payment Debit Result Alert reports when Bank performs auto payment debit as regards for variety
  of payment services that customer has previously registered. Bank will sends out auto payment debit result
  whether is success or not by SMS.
- Account No-Movement Alert reports for Savings account that contains money amount less than 2,000 Baht
  and account has no-movement within 3 months. The system will performs an alert once more for the next
  3 months if an account has no movement.
- Money Withdrawal Alert reports cash withdrawal amount equals to or more than 5,000 Baht of Savings or
  Current account.  Money Withdraw Alert includes money withdraw, money transfer or bill payment via Bank
  of Ayudhya counter, KRUNGSRI Phone 1572 and BAY ATMs.

 

Money Transfer Alert
Money Transfer Alert service may be used instantly without register, simply by performs money transfer to other party or money transfer between your account within the bank via KRUNGSRI VISA Electron or KRUNGSRI VISA Debit card at KRUNGSRI ATM and fill in the recipient mobile phone number, after that, Bank will sends SMS to the recipient instantly.

 

Financial Inquiry
Simply register for Financial Inquiry service at branch or Krungsri ATMs then type SMS in the format that Bank has provided and send to the number 4500555 that is available 24 hours.
- Account Balance Inquiry for Savings and Current Account
- Last 3 transactions Inquiry for Savings and Current Account during period of 30 days.

 

Bank Information Inquiry
Bank Information Inquiry service may be used instantly without register and does not require customers to have an account with Bank of Ayudhya, simply type SMS in the format that Bank has provided and send to the number 4500555 that is available 24 hours.
   - 2 types of Foreign Exchange Rates Inquiry 
     (1) Foreign exchange rates inquiry designed for 5 major currencies regarding foreign exchange rates as of 
           each day (only foreign exchange rates for Bank of Ayudhya). 5 major currencies are USD, EUR, AUD,
           HKD, SGD
     (2) Foreign exchange rates inquiry of each currency regarding information on foreign exchange rates
           and T/T of each currency as up-to-date. 22 currencies are USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, MYR, SGD, HKD, AUD,  
           CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, NOK, NZD, SEK, TWD, AED, INR, BND, SAR and ZAR.
   - Deposit Rates Inquiry regarding most recent of interest rates for Savings / Fix Deposit in the form of
     3, 6, 12, 24 and 36months
   - Lending Rates Inquiry service reports most recent interest rates of MLR, MOR, MRR (available merely for
     individual customers)

 

Procedure for Registration
 

Customer may register for KRUNGSRI SMS Banking regarding financial report and financial inquiry by register with the mobile number at KRUNGSRI ATM or branch nationwide.
 

  • Via KRUNGSRI ATM
  • Via KRUNGSRI Branch

    Submit an application form and bring identification card along with book bank to branch that customer has previously open an account. Subsequently, customer may well receive the service results via SMS within 7-14 work days.
  •  

Remark
1. For individual customer applicants only that contain Savings / Current Account or KRUNGSRI ATM cardholder / 
    KRUNGSRI VISA Electron cardholder / KRUNGSRI VISA Debit cardholder.
2. Service conditions as regards for financial inquiry will be determined by the Bank
3. For customer that registers via KRUNGSRI ATM and previously has Savings / Current account, Bank will 
    automatically connect to SMS service.
4. Applicant may alter mobile number / change language in SMS / cancel to receive information from
    the bank / cancel KRUNGSRI SMS Banking service at KRUNGSRI ATM or branch nationwide.

 

Procedure for Financial Inquiry via SMS service 4500555
 

Select menu “create message” layout on your mobile phone and type SMS following different service forms as below
 

  • Account Balance Inquiry 
    1. Type BAL (space) following with last 6 digits of account number; i.e. BAL 553322
    2. Send SMS to the number 4500555
    3. Wait for SMS reply
        Example message in English:
        Account xxx155332x Withdraw amount 890.00 Baht (date 1/11/50, 12:00)
     
  • Last 3 transactions Inquiry
        1. Type TXN (space) following with last 6 digits of account number; i.e. TXN 553322
        2. Send SMS to the number 4500555
        3. Wait for SMS reply
            Example message in English:
            Account xxx155332x, 08/10/50 Money Deposit 10000.00 Baht, 09/10/50, 12:00)
     
  • Foreign Exchange Rates Inquiry
         (1) Foreign exchange rates inquiry for 5 major currencies including USD, EUR, AUD, HKD, SGD 
               1. Type FX  : in case of customers wish to receive the financial results in English language Type FX
                   (space) TH  : In case customers wish to receive the financial results in Thai
               2. Send SMS to the number 4500555 
               3. Wait for SMS reply
                   Example message in English:
                   Bank Note 33.58-34.15 Baht/USD; 48.45-49.60 Baht/EUR; 31.08-31.93 Baht/AUD; 
                  4.26-4.43  Baht/HKD;  23.11-23.69 Baht/SGD (Date 1/11/50, 7.57, 1st round) 

      (2) Foreign Exchange Rates Inquiry for each currencies 
            1. Type FX (space) abbreviation of currency : In case of customers wish to receive financial results in 
                English language Type FX (space) abbreviation of currency (space) TH : In case of customers wish to
                receive financial results in Thai language 
            2. Send SMS to the number 4500555 
            3. Wait for SMS reply 
            Example message in English: 
            USD Bank Note 33.58-34.15, Money Transfer T/T 33.85-34.05 (Date 1/11/50, 7:57, 1st round) 

             * Remark currency code 22 such as USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, MYR, SGD, HKD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, 
               KRW, NOK, NZD, SEK, TWD, AED, INR, BND, SAR and ZAR.
     
  • Deposit Rates Inquiry 
         1. Type INTD in case of customers wish to receive financial results in English Type INTD (space) TH 
             in case of customers wish to receive financial results in Thai language 
         2. Send SMS to the number 4500555 
         3. Wait for SMS reply 
     
  • Lending Rates Inquiry 
        1. Type INTL in case of customers wish to receive financial results in English Type INTL (space) TH 
            in case of customers wish to receive financial results in Thai language 
        2. Send SMS to the number 4500555 
        3. Wait for SMS reply

Service Fee

 

 


 

Remark
1. The transaction fee waiver period for items 1/, 2/ and 3/ shall be changed from “until 30 June” to “indefinite.”
2. Fee per transaction for items 4/ and 5/ is charged to and collected from customers by mobile phone network operators.
