KRUNGSRI PRIME customer’s qualification
  1. The individual aged 15 and above deposits and/or invest mutual fund between one but less than five million baht OR purchase life insurance products as per the bank's condition.
  2. Asset under management calculation
    2.1 The time deposit more than 6 months between one but less than five million baht (in one deposit only)
    2.2 Invest in KFHAPPY, KFGOOD, and/or KFSUPER between one but less than five million baht (in one invest only)
    2.3 The deposit and/or investment which is excluded from 2.1 and 2.2 are calculated from average outstanding in the accounts of the last 6 months.
    2.4 Life insurance is calculate from policy with premium 200,000 THB but less than 500,000 THB under the same name and same time of purchase (exclude MRTA/ MLTA and group insurance) (not allow to split policy and except mortgage reducing term assurance). Customer will entitle to get PRIME status after pass freelook period and entitle to receive privileges for 3 years.
  3. Reserve right to offer KRUNGSRI PRIME status for eligible customer only.
  4. In case that the customers cannot maintain the deposit and/or mutual fund under BAY’s conditions or cancel life insurance, BAY has the right to immediately terminate the status of KRUNGSRI PRIME customer without prior notice.
  5. In case of joint deposit account, BAY reserves the right to offer the status of KRUNGSRI PRIME customer to the primary account holder only.
  6. To enjoy KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges, customers have to download and register KRUNGSRI PRIME application.

How to apply for KRUNGSRI PRIME

Q1: Who are KRUNGSRI PRIME customers?
A: KRUNGSRI PRIME customers are individual customers with deposits and/or investments 1 million but less than 5 million baht OR purchase life insurance with premium minimum 200,000 baht but less than 500,000 THB per policy under the same name and same time of purchase (exclude MRTA/ MLTA and group insurance and except mortgage reducing term assurance). Customer will be entitled to get KRUNGSRI PRIME status after passing freelook period. The customer will be entitled to 3-year privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application.

Q2: If I am interested in KRUNGSRI PRIME status, what should I do?
A: Simply deposit the money and/or invest mutual fund in Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) mutual fund or other mutual funds as designated by Bank of Ayudhya PCL. (“the Bank”) minimum 1 million but less than 5 million baht. You need to maintain the average account balance for at least six months. Alternatively, you can purchase life insurance with premium minimum 200,000 THB but less than 500,000 THB per policy under the same name and same time of purchase (exclude MRTA/ MLTA and group insurance and except mortgage reducing term assurance). Customer will be entitled to get KRUNGSRI PRIME status after passing freelook period. The customer will be entitled to 3-year privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application.

Q3: When reaching the above criteria, when will I receive KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: The Bank will send notification SMS to qualified customers within seven business working days after he/she has met KRUNGSRI PRIME eligibility criteria. The customer will then able to download KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application and register to enjoy the benefits.

Q4: What are the benefits of KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: The customers will receive various privileges from KRUNGSRI PRIME:
- Financial privileges such as waived fees of cheque books, gift cheques and cashier cheques
- Lifestyle privileges such as fitness, dining, movies, discounts, and etc.
- Financial privileges via personal financial consultants from Krungsri Plan Your Money and access to Krungsri The Advisory center, providing consultative services via VDO conference call with investment consultant, access to financial seminars at the center.

Q5: How to calculate the asset under management of KRUNGSRI PRIME?
A: It is calculated from the average account balance in the past six months.

Q6: If I invest in Krungsri Asset Management’s mutual funds but not via Bank of Ayudhya PLC.’s agents, will these mutual fund balance be calculated as one of eligibility criteria of being KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: No, this amount will be excluded. The Bank reserves the right only for the customers who buy Krungsri mutual funds over the Bank’s counters only.

A: Below are the qualifications of KRUNGSRI PRIME customers:

A: You will receive KRUNGSRI PRIME status but cannot enjoy the privileges offered on KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application. However, you can access Krungsri The Advisory center, access to financial seminars and lifestyle workshops.

Q21: What is the registration process for KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application?
A: - Thai customers must fill in the citizen ID number and deposit account number or unit holder number of mutual fund.
- Foreign customers must fill in the Passport number and deposit account number or unit holder number of mutual fund.

Q22: If I have many account numbers, which number I should use for the registration?
A: You can use one number from any accounts for the registration.

Q23: What are the cases for unsuccessful registration?
A: When the customer fill in the incorrect ID number or incorrect account number or are not eligible to KRUNGSRI PRIME status.

Q24: If I unsuccessfully register for the application, what error message will appear on screen?
A: You will find message pop up “Please check your citizen ID number and deposit account number or unit holder number.”

Q25: If I unsuccessfully register for the application, what should I do?
A: You must call contact center at 1572 to check if you are entitled to use the application. Only the customers with PRIME status can register the application.

Q26: KRUNGSRI PRIME’s registration process will be complete only when:
A: The customer fills in the telephone number (username), sets up six-digit password, and accepts the conditions.

Q27: How to set up the password of KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application
A: The customer can set up the password using six-digit numbers.

Q28: For the registration, do I have to provide the same telephone number as the one I previously gave to the Bank?
A: There is no need. You can fill the updated contact number, which is different from the one previously given to the Bank.

Q29: What should I do for the next access of KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile application?
A: You do not need to register again. Just log in with the telephone number and six-digit password you previously registered for the application.

Q30: What are username and password?
A: Username is the telephone number the customer fills in when registering for the application.
Password is the six-digit number the customer sets when registering for the application.

Q31: What should I do if I forget the username and/or password?
A: You can press Forget Password menu to reset the new one.

Q32: Can I redeem the privilege right after registration?
A: You can immediately use the privilege at the participating shops or points of service.

A: You can redeem by privilege category in KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application. You must press the button to redeem and receive the code or reserve the privilege before showing the code, QR code or barcode to the staff at the point of service.

Q34: How to redeem the privileges?
A: You can redeem privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application by following the below steps:
- Select the privilege by category.
- Press the button to redeem the privileges at the stores.
- After pressing the button to redeem the privileges, the message will appear, asking the customer to confirm or cancel the request.
- After you press the button to confirm the request, the code will appear on the mobile screen for 10 minutes.
- After receiving the code, please show it to receive the products or services at the participating shops or places.

Q35: How can I know which shops participated in the mobile application?
A: You may check the shops and the conditions on KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application.

Q36: Can I login by using username and password from other KRUNGSRI PRIME customers to redeem the privileges?
A: You have to use your username and password to redeem the privileges. You cannot use others to make a redemption.

Q37: Why can’t I press the button to receive the privilege?
A: That may be because you already redeemed the privilege or have reached the quota limit.

Q38: If I already pressed the button to receive the privilege, can I keep the privilege or can I press the button to get the privilege again?
A: If you press the button but do not use the privilege within the timeline, the Bank will consider that you forfeit the right and cannot receive the same privilege again.

Q39: If I accidentally close the redemption code window before redeeming the privilege, will I lose the right?
A: When you close the window that displays the code, the warning text will appear. If you insist to close the window, the Bank will consider that you already used that privilege and will immediately lose the right.

Q40: What should I do to use the financial privileges, such as waived fees of cheque books and/or gift cheques or cashier’s cheques?
A: The customers can contact Bank staff to earn a free cheque book and/or gift cheque or cashier’s cheque. (No coupon required)

The demotion of KRUNGSRI PRIME status

Q42: The status of KRUNGSRI PRIME customer will be demoted only when:
A: The conditions of demotion
  • The demotion of customers is carried out every 6 months
  • In case that KRUNGSRI PRIME customer is unable to maintain the status per conditions, the Bank has the right to terminate his/her status without prior notice.

Q43: If I have been demoted from KRUNGSRI PRIME, can I still use the privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application?
A: The Bank reserves the right for KRUNGSRI PRIME customers only.
