Terms and Conditions:
1. Mail the compilation of Western Union’s transaction receipts (customer’s copy of To Send or To Receive Form) completed with full personal contact details; name/ surname, postal address, contact phone number and your selected gift to Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited “the Bank” 15th Floor Currency Exchange Business Support Division – Currency Exchange & Foreign Remittances Department, 1222 Rama III Road, Bang Phongphang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok, 10120.
2. All receipts must be transacted at any Bank’s service locations by same person dated from 1 April through 30 September 2008
3. Only original customer’s copy receipt issued by Bank can be accepted. Photo copy is not acceptable.
4. Eligible to redeem gifts until 31 October, 2008 (as shown in post date)
5. The Bank will verify the correctness of transaction receipt and instruct the distributors to send gifts to specified postal address within 15 November, 2008 without any charge
6. The Bank will not be responsible for any damage or losses. Please contact distributors (H.Rung Rueang Digital (2000) Co., Ltd) directly.
7. The gift cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
