*O/D not exceeding 60% of the value appraised
by the bank, limited to 5 million THB
*O/D plus maximum loan allowed not exceeding 80% of the value
appraised by the bank (75% for commercial buildings)
*The collateral must be owned and currently in use.

*O/D is renewed annually
*maximum duration is 30 years, loaner must not exceed 65 years
of age upon completion of the contract
Interest
Rate
*O/D is MRR + 1% per annum
*Loan allowance will be as issued by the bank at that given
period
*Other multi-purpose loan that does not consider a housing loan
will use the following collateral appraisal scheme:
- single houses, twin houses, townhouses and condominiums will
be charged MLR per annum
- commercial buildings will be charged MLR +1% per annum
Fees
*Loan request fees for each term is 1,000 THB
*Appraisal fee is 2,500 per collateral plus VAT 7%, i.e. 2,675
THB net.
*Legal agreement and/or collateral registration fee is 0.05%
of the loan allowance plus VAT 7%; the fee will be ranged between
1,070 THB and 3,210 THB
*Compensation fee for total repayment within 3 years from the
contract agreement date is 3% of the loan amount allowed, excepted
the O/D that is renewed on an annual basis
*O/D attending fee is 2,000 THB per annum
*Site inspection fee is 1,000 THB plus VAT 7%, the minimum being
1,070 THB per inspection (for house builders)
