KrungsriOnline Service enables 24-hour flexibility to pay your bills online to various billers, such as mobile phone, insurance, leasing, credit card payment etc., by debiting funds from your savings or current accounts registered under KrungsriOnline account.

Cheque Services
On a 24-hour basis, inquiry about cheque status can be made to see if it has been paid, unpaid or stopped. In addition, this service allows you to stop your cheque payment upon your online request.

Bank Rates
Easy access the Bank’s exchange rates and interest rates for deposit and loan online for your financial planning.

Other Services
Balance alerts, apply for other services (e.g. Automatic Pay Debit), scheduled transfer/ bill payment, transfer/bill payment history and my favorite transfer/bill payment etc.

o 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption between your browser and the Web Servers
o Firewalls are used to shield KrungsriOnline system from any unauthorized Internet traffic.
o A User ID and password is required to control accesses to your accounts.
o Your login session will automatically be terminated if the browser is left idle more than 15 minutes.

Once complete these quick and easy steps, you can immediately access* to KrungsriOnline Service without having to send any document to the bank.
* Except for "Transfer to other party's account" and "International Funds Transfer" that are required to register.

2. Non-cardholder Customers can apply KrungsriOnline by performing the following steps:
  2.1 Go to www.krungsri.com, then click Login "KrungsriOnline"
  2.2 Click "Sign Up"
  2.3 Click "For Krungsri ATM/VISA Debit Non-Cardholders"
  2.4 Fill in the application form
  2.5 Create your own User ID and Password of KrungsriOnline account
  2.6 Print and sign the copy of the completed application form, then send it along with a signed copy of the required document to your bank branch. The bank will notify you of the accessibility to the service via postal mail or e-mail within 7-14 business days.

Documents Required:
- A signed copy of personal ID card/passport

Bill Payment
KrungsriOnline members can easily pay their bills for goods/services, such as credit card, mobile phone, leasing, insurance, registration fee and other utilities, through KrungsriOnline over the Internet with just one click away. No need to worry about forgetting to pay your bills, as KrungsriOnline’s bill payment function can be set as “Pay Now” or “Scheduled Payment” where you can pre-determine the desired payment date in advance. In addition, you can make a payment for yourself or for anyone you wish.

3 Easy Steps to Pay Bill via KrungsriOnline
1. Log onto "KrungsriOnline" at www.krungsri.com
2. Go to "Bill Payment" Function, then select “Bill Payment” to pay bill now or select "Scheduled Bill Payment" to set a schedule for your bill payment.
3. After selecting biller category, biller name, account to pay, then enter payment amount and billing information.

 • No admission fee
• Annual fee is waived for Krungsri VISA Debit/ATM cardholders and individual customers who do not hold any Krungsri VISA Debit or Krungsri ATM card.
• Fee for fund transfer
- Inter-area transfer is charged 10 THB for every 10,000- THB transfer
For additional 1,000 THB transfer, 1 THB fee is charged.
(Minimum charge is 10 THB and maximum charge is 1,000 THB.)
• Fee for Bill payment
- Upon the agreement of each biller.

Remark:
The Bank reserves the right to charge fees or change any of the said fees. The Bank shall announce or inform KrungsriOnline members of any changes no less than 30 days in advance. If the member continues to use KrungsriOnline after the said change takes effect, the member shall be considered to have accepted the service fees or the new service fees.
