How it Work |

1. The buyer places an order of goods / services through the merchant web site.
2. The buyer is redirected to Krungsri e-Payment to choose a payment method,
which is direct debit payment or credit card payment.
3. The Merchant sends a payment request via Krungsri e-Payment to
the BAY system.
4. The BAY system processes the online authorization and returns the response
via Krungsri e-Payment.
5. The Transaction response is automatically forwarded to the buyer and
the merchant by Krungsri e-Payment.

1. A copy of Citizen ID with authorized signature (age must be over 20 years old) or copy of passport and work permit document for foreigner.
2. A copy of housing registration of authorized persons.
3. A copy of tax ID.
4. A copy of commercial registration which must be established over 1 year.
5. A copy of e- commerce registration
6. A copy of memorandum.
7. A copy of VAT ID.
8. A map of the company.
9. Lease contract (if the company rents the office).
10. A copy of last 6-months financial statement.
11. Company meeting report.
12. For Travel Agent Business, a signed copy of Travel Agent Certificate issued by Tourism of Thailand Organization.

Service Condition |

|
1. The merchant must have a savings account or a current account with BAY.
2. The merchant has registered legally under Thai law and has to be opened for at least 12 months. However, if the merchant was set up less than 12 months, At least 2 million baht for paid-up capital is required for applying the service.
3. The shareholders must have a good financial status.
4. The account of the merchant needs to be set fixed collateral as defined according to the rules and regulations of BAY.
5. In case customer refuses to pay the bills, the merchants allow BAY to debit their money from merchant's account.
6. Merchant may maintain a minimum guarantee deposit with BAY. The amount of deposit will depend upon bank consideration.
