For juristic persons with BAY savings or current account, you are able to use our Krungsri Phone service. 1572 is the only phone number you need in order to contact us from anywhere in the country. Transactions are executed through an automatic telephone system. You can also get transaction records when you are using a facsimile, or press 0 to contact the operator at the call Center 24/7.

Balance inquiry for accounts that are registered to use Krungsri Phone 1572; available for all types of accounts, as well as loan accounts. Dial 1572 and get the results yourself.

FUNDS TRANSFER SERVICE
Transfer money between registered accounts through Krungsri Phone 1572 anytime you wish.

STATEMENT REQUEST via FAX
Able to request statement through facsimile (up to 1 month backwards) for all types of accounts.

Cheque Service
On a 24-hour basis, inquiry can be made on the status of your cheques to determine if they have been paid, unpaid or suspend a cheque

Change Telephone – PIN
You can change your Phone Banking-PIN to an easy-to-remember number for all times.

Get updated with the latest interest rates for different types of accounts, loan rates, foreign currencies exchange rates, as well as information concerning products and services from the bank. You can also ask for current promotions and branch telephone directory

    CONDITIONS OF USE
   
• The customers may register up to the maximum of 10 accounts, all of which must have the same account name and account authorized person.

• The customers may enter wrong PIN for not more than 5 times. If the wrong PIN is entered for more than 5 times, the customers have to contact the servicing branch for the new PIN.

• Funds transfer between a customer’s accounts can be made up to 5,000,000 per day

• Annual Fee 200 THB /year
• Inter area transfer fee is charged 10 THB /10,000 THB, Extra 1,000 THB paid is charged 1 THB(below 1,000 THB extra is free of charge). Minimum fee is 10 THB; maximum fee is 1,000 THB.
