On a 24-hour basis, inquiry can be made on the status of your cheques to determine if they have been paid, unpaid or stopped. This service also allows you to perform online stop cheques.

  1. Krungsri VISA Electron and Krungsri ATM card holder can apply for KrungsriOnline by following these steps (No document required):
       1.1 Go to www.krungsri.com, then click Login "KrungsriOnline"
       1.2 Click "Sign Up"
       1.3 Click "For Krungsri ATM/VISA Electron Cardholders"
       1.4 Enter ATM/VISA Electron card numbers, then, the PIN code
       1.5 Create your own User ID and Password

Once complete these quick and easy steps, you can immediately access* to KrungsriOnline Service without sending any document to the bank.
* Except for "Transfer to other party's account" and "International Funds Transfer" that are required to register.

    2. Non-cardholder and/or Corporate Customers can apply KrungsriOnline as followings.
   2.1 Go to www.krungsri.com, then click Login "KrungsriOnline"
   2.2 Click "Sign Up"
   2.3 Click "For Krungsri ATM/VISA Electron Non-Cardholders" or "For Corporate Customers"
   2.4 Fill-in and complete the application form
   2.5 Create your own User ID and Password
   2.6 Print and sign the copy of the complete filled-in application form, then send it along with a signed copy of the required document(s) to your bank branch. The bank will notify you of the accessibility to the service via postal mail or e-mail within 7-14 business days.

     Documents Required:
Individuals: - A signed copy of personal ID card/passport
Corporations:
- A signed copy of certificate of business registration (Must not be more than 1 month since issuance)
- A signed copy of authorized person's personal ID card/passport

Simply way to pay bill through KrungsriOnline

       1. Go to www.krungsri.com, then click Login "KrungsriOnline"
       2. Go to "Bill Payment" Function, then select Bill Payment if you would like to pay bill now or select "Scheduled Bill Payment" if you would like to set scheduled for your bill payment.
      3. Select Biller category.
      4. Select the account which to be deducted, then select Biller. Enter the amount and billing information.


    Fee and Service Rates
   


  • No entry fee
  • Annual fee will be waived for Krungsri VISA Electron/ATM card holder and individaul customer who doesn't hold any Krungsri VISA Electron or Krungsri ATM card.
  • Annual fee will be waived for Corporate Customer.
  • Fee for fund transfer
          - Inter region transfer 10 Baht for every 10,000 Baht transfer, minimum charge is 10 Baht and maximum charge is 1,000 Baht.
  • Fee for Bill payment
           - Upon on the agreement of Billers.
    Remark:
    Bank reserves the right to charge fees or change any of the said fees. Bank shall announce or inform KrungsriOnline members of any change no less than 30 days in advance. If the KrungsriOnline member continues to use KrungsriOnline after the said change takes effect, KrungsriOnline member shall be considered to have accepted the service fees or the new service fees.
