To receive money
1. Be sure that the money is sent through a Western Union agent. Your sender will notify you of the amount and when the money was sent.
2. Once the sender notifies you, go to your nearest Bank of Ayudhya service location, provide identification and fill out the form, “To Receive Money.” Be sure to include the sender’s name and country and the amount expected.
3. Our staff will enter the computer network to check whether the money has been sent. If yes, you will be paid immediately.
To send money
1. Simply go to the nearest Bank of Ayudhya service location and fill out the form, “To Send Money.”
2. Present your completed form and money to our staff. Be sure to get a receipt with a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
3. Inform the receiver of the transfer and the amount of money that you sent.
