Two Factor Authentication
Increase security for any financial transaction via KRUNGSRI Online by OTP (One-Time Password) for verifying a user’s identify. The OTP is used only once and expires within a short period of time. An OTP generated by the bank and sent to your mobile phone or e-mail address for additional identity authentication.

Alternative 1: For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electron Cardholder (No document required)
1. Go to www.krungsri.com, and then click “KRUNGSRI Online”.
2. Click “Register”.
3. Click “For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electiorn/VISA Debit Cardholder”.
4. Click “Next” to accept term and conditions.
5. Enter ATM/VISA Electron/VISA Debit card number, ATM PIN code and account number.
6. Enter your personal information.
7. Create your own User ID and Password, and Create your secure question and answer.
8. Click “Confirm” to complete registration
Once complete these quick and easy steps, you can immediately access to KRUNGSRI Online service*.
*Except for “Transfer to other party’s account” and “International Funds Transfer” that are required to register.
Alternative 2: For Non-Cardholder and/or Corporate Customer
1. Go to www.krungsri.com, and then click “KRUNGSRI Online”.
2. Click “Register”.
3. Click “For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electiorn/VISA Debit Non- Cardholder” or “For Corporate Custoemer”
4. Click “Next” to accept term and conditions.
5. Enter your personal information or company information (for corporate).
6. Create your own User ID and Password, Create your secure question and answer.
7. Click “Confirm” to go print application page.
8. Print and sign the copy of the complete application form, then submit it to any bank branch together with the following documents

- Asigned copy of certificate of business registration (Must not be more than 1 month since issuance)

The Bank reserves the right to charge fees or change any of the said fees. The Bank shall announce or inform KRUNGSRI Online members of any changes no less than 30 days in advance. If the member continues to use KRUNGSRI Online after the said change takes effect, the member shall be considered to have accepted the service fees or the new service fees.
