Mr. Premchai Karnasuta President of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, Mr. Virojn Srethapramotaya Head of Corporate Banking, Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited and Mr. Monkhol Kittpoomvong, Managing Director of Ayudhya Securities Public Company Limited entered an agreement to appoint lead arranger and co-arranger of unsubordinated and unsecured debentures of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited No. 1/2008. The debenture offered interest rate at 6.5% per annum with maturity in year 2010. Interest payment is made every 3 months. Subscription was open for ordinary persons at Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited from 17-22 September, 2008.
