•The service is available 24 hours everyday.

National Credit Bureau Service
• Request for checking of credit information can be made either from savings or current accounts.
• View and Print for transaction history up to past 2 months.

 

Money Transfer
• Transfer between your registered accounts within the bank
• Transfer to other party’s accounts within the bank (only for individual customer)
• Transfer to other bank accounts
• Cardless ATM Service
• International Funds Transfer
• Immediately transfer or scheduled fund transfer
• View and Print for transfer history up to past 2 months.

 

Bill Payment
• Pay your bills for goods or services over 1,000 participating billers
• Immediately pay or scheduled bill payment

•The transaction can be set up the scheduled date such as once, daily, weekly or monthly.
•Set your own schedule for the transaction with no end date limitation.
•The scheduled transaction will be processed automatically at 9.30 a.m. on the specified date.

Three easy alternatives to apply for KRUNGSRI Online

 

Alternative 1:


For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electron/ VISA Debit Cardholder (No document required)

 

1.1 Online Register


• Go to www.krungsri.com, and then click “KRUNGSRI Online”
• Click “Register”
• Click “For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electron/ VISA Debit Cardholder”
• Click “I Agree” to accept terms and conditions
• Enter ATM/VISA Electron/ VISA Debit card number, ATM PIN, and account number
• Enter your personal information
• Create your own User ID and Password, and create your secured question and answer
• Click “Confirm” to complete registration
Once complete these quick and easy steps, you can immediately access KRUNGSRI Online service.


*Except for “Transfer to other party’s account”, “Transfer to other bank account”,


“Cardless ATM Service” and “International Funds Transfer”, additional registration is required.

 

1.2 Apply KRUNGSRI Online via ATM
• Select transaction “Other Service”
• Select transaction “Apply/Change Service”
• Select transaction “Apply KRUNGSRI Online”
• Select transaction “Apply Service”
• Select account to register “Savings or Current”
• Enter your “Mobile Phone No.”
• Result of transaction “Your transaction is complete.”


Remarks: When apply KRUNGSRI Online via ATM, the customers must activate service at KRUNGSRI Online website to create your own User ID and Password within 30 days from the date of application. If not, reapply process may required.

 

Alternative 2:


Apply KRUNGSRI Online through branch with opening new account


(For opening savings account or current account only)


• Enter "Application for Opening Deposit Account and Request for Using Service"
• Select "KRUNGSRI Online" under the subject "Apply for other services"


Remarks: To apply KRUNGSRI Online through branch with opening new account, customers must activate service at KRUNGSRI Online website to create your own User ID and Password within 30 days from the date of application. If not, reapply process may required.

 

Alternative 3:


For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electron/ VISA Debit Non-Cardholder and/or Corporate Customer


• Go to www.krungsri.com, and then click “KRUNGSRI Online”
• Click “Register”
• Click “For KRUNGSRI ATM/VISA Electron Non- Cardholder” or
“For Corporate Customer”
• Click “Next” to accept terms and conditions
• Enter your personal information or company information (for corporate customer)
• Create your own User ID and Password, and create your secure question and answer
• Click “Confirm”
• Print and sign the copy of the completed application form, then submit to any bank branch together with the following documents:

 

Required Documents:


Individual:  - ID/Passport


                     - Bank book of the main account and subaccount for signature verification.


Corporate: - Signed copy of certificate of business registration
                       (issued within 1 month)


                    - A signed copy of authorized person’s ID Card/Passport
                    - Bank book of the main account and subaccount for signature verification.
