Needless to go to the campuses, Au Students can easily pay their tuition and other fees online by sending a request to debit fund from their Bank of Ayudhya account from ANYWHERE over the Internet.

How to pay?

1. Go to www.au.edu > Enter Au Username &
    Password > Click "LOGIN"		   2. select e-Payment
 
3. Enter Au Username and Password >
    click “LOGIN"		   4. Review your ENROLLMENT information. if it is
    correct click SUBMIT to pay tuition fees online
 
5. Choose only ONE METHOD of paying your tuition fee via e-Payment

5.1 If you select “KrungsriOnline”,
      Enter “User ID” and “Password” of
      KrungsriOnline > Click “LOGIN”

  

5.2 If you select “Krungsri ATM/VISA Electron /
      AU Smart ID", Enter “Card Number of
      AU-ATM/VISA Electron or Smart ID" and
     "ATM PIN number" (4 digits) > Click “LOGIN”

 

6. After review your payment transaction >
    Click SUBMIT > then Click “CONFIRM"

  

7. Transaction result page will be shown. You may print this page for your future reference.
 

Important !

If you found any problem concerning your payment transaction or unexpected message shown on the screen, before making another payment, please kindly check your account balance via KrungsriOnline (https://www.krungsrionline.com) to see whether the system has already deducted money from your account or not.

  • If you money has been deducted from your account,
    please contact Tel. 0-2296-2463, 0-2296-2730, 0-2296-3509,0-2296-4530 (during office hours)
    or Krungsri Call Center 1572 (24 hours)

  • If not yet, please make a new payment.

All receipts are to be received at the office of the University Register during the first week of classes.

 

How to sign up for KrungsriOnline?
1 Go to http://www.krungsri.com ,select"Login to KrungsriOnline" and click"SIGN UP"
2 Select “Krungsri VISA Electron” or “Krungsri ATM card holder”
3 Review Terms & Conditions and then click "I Accept"
4 Enter “Au ATM, VISA Electron or Smart ID card number" and “ATM PIN Number” (4 digits)
5
Create your own “USER ID” and “Password” of KrungsriOnline

Remarks: Wrong PIN can not be entered more than 2 times.

Please kindly contact officer of "Electronic Banking Operations Dept.", Bank of Ayudhya PLC. at Tel. 0-2296-3333 (office hours) and ask for your User ID.


Forgot Password

  1. Go to http://www.krungsri.com and select "Login to KrungsriOnline"
  2. Select "Request for New Password" button and then complete the request form
  3. After verifying the information, print out the completed form and sign your name
  4. Mail the change request form along with a signed copy of your personal identification document to the branch hosting your account.

The bank will confidentially notify you of service availability via postal mail within 5 business days

Problems with ATM/Visa Electron/Smart ID Card

     If you have forgotten your “PIN” of ATM / VISA Electron / Smart ID card or found that your card is inactive or has any problem, please kindly contact Bank of Ayudhya’ s sub-branches at Huamark or Bangna Campus to re-issue a new card. Please make sure your card and your ATM PIN is valid before the registration period.
